I give the clerk a padded envelope, and a few small letter ones. He puts 2.07 postage on the padded envelope which is correct. He takes a small envelope with 2 chips in a coffee cup cardboard and puts 66 cent postage on it, again correct.

Now he takes the small envelopes with single chips in them and places a 46 stamp on each. I was prepared to pay the 66 cents.

One reason for my posting this is I sent many single chips out today since posting my HD chips for sale. If anyone receives an envelope from me postage due please tell me.
