Jason, the answer is here. You too Pam...

FYI - Jason did send pics to me and they are of the same item as shown in Pam's pics. These are dummy rools of $20 in slot play! They were used as follows...

Several scantily clad, buxom young girls stood out in front of the hole-in-the-wall, Golden Goose Casino and would target certain men to come into to their lair of wall-to-wall slot machines. If the sex appeal failed, they would resort to handing out one of this dummy rolls and tell the would-be player that they have been awarded a jackpot and they had to take the roll into the bowels of the casino to get their award.

Inside, at the far left corner (as I recall) was booth with a cashier inside that would try to convince the holder of the jackpot roll that they were guaranteed a win if they just played the slot machines inside this place.

It was a dump, with 4 rows of machines that went back about 10 or 12 machines. I see that the TCR has a $5 chip indicated, but I cannot image how or where it was in play there, unless they had a blackjack table.

Anyway, that is how those dummy rolls were used. If they hooked you, you handed back at the cage. If not, the girls would collect it back before letting you move on.

This is how I remember it and No, I never played there. vbg
