Chip storage options....Again!

I have been going through my bin where I keep my collecting supplies and have noticed that I have a HUGE problem. I have really nice chips for my collection just laying loose in the bottom of the bin or else stuffed in a zip lock bag. Originally, I started by storing my chips in a 3 ring binder and slid the chips into 20 pocket vinyl pages. The problem I am having now is all of the chips want to fall out of the pages whenever you move them around. All of the pages that I have are filled at this point so instead of buying more that I won't be happy with, I am looking for another affordable option to switch over to. I loved having them in the 3 ring binder so you could easily flip through and look at the collection or show people so ideally I would like to find another option that is capable of the same thing. Any ideas or advice for me? Thanks a lot, Dan R-8220
