It's the same one "photo" that everybody seems to be passing around as proof that this chip exists. Same thing is going on at The Palms. Chip has already been approved by Nevada Gaming, yet the chip is still locked away in the vaults. Maybe we need to get Gene to sneak in the vault and pull out a rack for us chippers just to shut us up!!!!!
