I bet the CEC stood for some kind of "off the books" club name. I know we've both seen before that So-and-So Club was in the backroom of some restaurant. You'll never find that club name in a directory or on a street sign. It was by reputation only.

I guess if researching this stuff was easy it wouldn't be any fun!
