RDC - I found my group in Atlantic City dealing school.

John Kallman found his in Fargo, ND being used at Rural Development Center.

Honestly since there is no $2.50 in that group found yet, I will take both of them as the attribution, but will lean towards Atlantic City, where I got mine from the dealing school - manager Cindy who once worked at the Taj Mahal craps floorperson.
