Lance, I've seen the same eBay listing you have. I wrote to the seller, who claims it's from Bozeman, but cannot offer any proof.
Gene's right - we've discussed the chip before. I've been looking for a Montana source for years, but have yet to be able to confirm anything. One place I contacted was the Dude Rancher Lodge in Bozeman, but they told me that although they did have live poker at one time, they never had their own chips. The chips aren't from there.
I'll keep looking, but for now these are Montana chips if you want them to be, and if you believe the seller's attribution without proof.
