yes, it is a card press. Nice, looks old. I forget the values. Better if a manufacturer/gambling supply house name on it. The deck looks not rare, many of them made, maybe as repro., though nice looking. The deck is the wrong way in the press; it should stand on narrow end of deck, not rest on big flat faces. I think $50 is a good price for you; they likely go for more.
