I use send money too, and there are no fees. Also when I buy something on eBay, I don't pay fees either since I have it linked to my bank account. It auto transfers from my bank to Paypal to pay for the item. I also got a credit/debit card mailed to me at some point which came in handy when I sold my old phone on eBay. I was able to use it for whatever I wanted.....aka.....more chips
