I don't know what the fees are, but I just pay them when I sell something. I have been avoiding sellers who charge extra for the fees. Same as I avoid gas stations that charge two prices for cash and credit. I will go to the station that is even a few cents more, but only charges one price. To me it's more the principle than the money.
