Can anyone post these three Caesars 5's?

I'd like to see the 1980's Caesars Palace $5 chips that TCR describes as holding scroll:

3 white/3 navy inserts, N1388
4 white/3 dark purple inserts, N4624

Can someone scan both in a single view? I'm not sure they both exist.
