My first thought was the Flamingo, but after

a little more consideration of the question, I would say the El Cortez in downtown Las Vegas. I mean, just look at the chip types & chip molds that they have produced over the years -- beautiful large crown hot stamps, rectangle half-pie, small crown quarter-pie, brass core, Christy & Jones, Paulson....pretty much any type of casino chip you can think of & many of them are some of the nicest looking chips that you can find.
