Doug, when Don and Jean were doing their token guidebooks back in the early '90's, I provided this token for picturing in their "Odd Denomination Tokens" guide. They told me they could not find another specimen. I was told by the Casino West employees that it was a short lived promotion whereby a few of these $20 tokens were salted in with their $1 gaming tokens in the dollar machines. They were fully cashable for $20. Mine disappeared when I sold my token collection nearly 20 years ago.
