Harrah's Tahoe used to have a recreation center where parents could drop off their kids to play arcade games, eat, and do activities. I actually got my first deck of casino cards and pair of dice (that's what sparked the hobby in me in 1975) from a vending machine at the recreation center.

If you click on the link and look closely to the right of the Harvey's sign you can see the old Tahoe Plaza/Palace labeled as the Harrah's Recreation Center.
