While there are others here that probably have greater access to more data, I have done a search of the more readily available reference sources and have found nothing to indicate where those chips may have been used.

Chips that's go "unidentified" are referred to as UFC's and generally speaking sell for about $5 each (retail) as a single chip.

The nature and make up of those 3 chips are not indicative of being issued by a licensed casino operation and are more reflective of being from a home gaming set of chips or possibly from an unlicensed gaming activity, for which records were very sketchy.
