This is the way I purchased this chip, probably 20 or more years ago, from token collector Al Zaika at a New Jersey Token & Medal Show in Belmwar, NJ. That's the way it was done back then, prior to everyone having a computer. Knowing Al, I'm sure he typed the 2x2 holder before inserting the chip.
