I understand where you are coming from , I have submitted a few chip scans to the chipguide , and own chips that are on the chipguide under the previous owners name.

Not sure what you could do about what is already submitted , do you think that they used your picture? Maybe you can find out when it was submitted.

As far as future pictures , have you considered using some sort of watermark or your name/email/web address over your pictures? If you would like I can make you a semi-transparent watermark that you can overlay over any of your pictures , just let me know!
