I'm guilty. We have a ton of stuff and I haven't contributed scans to the chipguide. When I've posted stuff to the chipboard, there have been times I was asked if the scans could be used on the chipguide and I've always said YES...ABSOLUTELY (though at times I've asked that my name not be listed as contributer).
I've always said that I don't have a problem with anyone on the chipboard using my scans for any personal or educational use (I don't want them used on ebay or for other commercial use).
But...I was looking at the chipguide this morning and saw one of our items "contributed by" someone else. It's definitely our item, though I guess it's possible that the contributor was the ebay seller we bought it from...so it could have been his first (but that's not likely).
I don't mind at all that the item is there, I don't mind at all that my name isn't on it....but I'm not sure I like having someone else's name on it...
since it does say "contributed by" (not "owned by") I guess I can get over it....but....???
