Someone was nice enough to email me about "BOLO." An Idaho token collector who saw this listing emailed me the location of Bolo: "'The Bolo' was in Mullan, Idaho, [a mining town then] which is less than 7 miles from Wallace. There are a number of tokens from there. One of the tokens is dated 1928 [and is pictured below]."
