When the "NBT" jetons made their debut we had no idea as to where they were used other than in the UK, somewhere.

About at that time I was trading with Ian Sutton, who recently returned to Sheffield, after working in Florida... at which time I also located a few sets right here in Palm Beach.

Then, one day, I get a letter from Ian who told me that while he was reading a vintage copy of the Sunday Times came upon exactly what the "NBT" logo stood for... and I reported it to Michael Knapp's column in our magazine... Seems like only yesterday.
