I think Microsoft is going to have to either rush Windows 9 into production or put off killing Win 7 since Win 8 is unintelligible to anyone but an 8 year old. Cindy has had her computer with Win 8 for about two months now and still can't make it work. Right now she is trying to find wherever it hid one of her files.
