I picked up this image from eBay many many years ago.

I looked up Bill Weitz in Kling's book and found his brother, Harry was half owner of the Tahoe Palace. The exact quote from Kling is: "In 1956 Weitz was licensed as a co-owner of the Tahoe Palace (or Plaza) on the South Shore of Lake Tahoe." I think the business card must indicate that Bill at least thought the place was called the Tahoe Palace. Still doesn't explain the chip order - looks looks the chips were ordered just before they sold out to Bill Harrah.
