"Plans call for the redesigned casino to reopen with blackjack and other table games."

The new owners will need to get a gaming license to operate these games, unless they plan to subcontract to an operator who already has a license. A pretty expensive undertaking, as I understand it. But sounds like they have a significant remodel budget.

I wish them luck on the project. It's a great, historic property.
