I hope you used PayPal.

Give the seller enough time to make amend and correct the problem. Be nice as ever but be persistent on your grievance. If you are not satisfied then address your problem thru PayPal and ebay 'problem resolutions' and publish the seller name here in this board.

Also if you got the time - sound off and request this board for names of who's who in that area - you will get a reputable chip collector who will supply you at cheaper price and postage too.

You can also post your wanted chip(s) here in this board - and choose the group with membership R # and if you are not with R#### yet don't worry David Spragg who owns this The Chipboard won't bully you out.
