As I no longer collect, trade or sell chips or tokens the following has no direct impact on me personally.

I constantly read complaints about shipping, payments and the like.
Seldom is there a name attached to the complaint.

Might it be time to create a section where just the facts could be listed concerning same.
Also this section would allow followup if the problem had been resolved.
No personal opinions to be allowed, just the facts with scan if available.

I would suggest the the U.S.P.S. not be included if only they were the offending party.

Without names the complaints fall on deaf ears.

Just read a post concerning loose chips being mailed in a standard envelope and the results.

So what? Without a name it means nothing.

Just my opinion and nothing more. Don't want to create a hate board but just the facts.
