Question on Sams Town Gold River NCV chip

TCR lists this "ochre" NCV-5 chip as D0035, released in the 2000's. The close date for this casino is listed there as 1991, about the date this Laughlin place was renamed River Palms.

This is the only H&C mold listed for Sams Town Gold River, and the only NCV with a denomination. Seems unlikely it was issued in 2000 if the place had another name for 9 years.

There are some H&C NCV's listed for River Palms, Laughlin, but not close to this one. All of them have edge spots or othe distinctive naming.

I think this chip only showed up with collectors in the last few years.

Anybody know more history on it and where it should be properly listed and described in TCR? I submitted it to The Chip Guide today.
