but the worst part is, I spent a ridiculous amount of time fighting with the total rewards dept because they wouldn't honor the offer they sent me and wound up booked a room through hotels.com which is still more money that my round trip flight to Florida the same weekend (yes, I screwed up and double booked). So, yes I am losing my mind but I am certainly not paying 200.00 for a Saturday night and an extra 100.00 to cancel my flight so looks like I am not going to make the meeting. I book my flights months in advance and for some reason, I had the meeting for earlier in the month.
