My wife and I visited the casinos and beautiful mountains of Central City, CO last week.
Eric was nice enough to share his local history knowledge and let me see his extensive casino matchcover collection. I saw a lot of gems that I never knew existed, and came home with some great covers that he generously shared with me.

Besides being “Mr. Matchcover”, Eric also has extensive knowledge of the local Central City gold mining history and made our visit a great experience.

The Central City / Blackhawk area of Colorado will definitely be on our list of return vacation spots!
