Another RARE chip -- WC Desert Inn

Here's another RARE high-priced chip on eBay -- a $5 Wilbur Clark Desert Inn.

However, I don't see this chip (or any other small crown) listed as a Wilbur Clark Desert Inn chip in TCR or Herz or C&W. Is this so rare it's unlisted / unknown?
IF genuine, it's pretty.
