I had some back and forth emails with her. It looks like she might only check her emails once a day or even less frequently. Her emails were short and in one case ambiguous, but I finally straightened out what she meant. I bought some chips and got a confirmation email from her today with a USPS Tracking Number. I expect to receive my purchase early next week.
