Whatever happened to "make your customers happy", and make them want to do business with you ????? Switching people around, making sure you press the right button on the computer, not honoring "offers" are all steps leading to a "going out of business" sign hanging on the front door.....Atlantic City should take some lessons from Las Vegas....but they won't....too bad.....
