THE CHIPS WERE USED IN THE CRESCENT CLUB BILOXI. THE CLUB WAS LOCATED ON LEMEAUSE STREET UPSTAIRS OF DEMMIE'S NEWS STAND NEXT TO THE BUCK THEATER.

THE CLUB WAS OWNED BY CURTIS P. GALLE SR. AND MICKEY McKOOL,WHO LATER OPENED THE MAGNOLIA CLUB ,THE UNION BAR AND THE 406 CLUB WHERE RIP POULOS WORKED FOR MICKEY.THE CHIPS WERE SENT TO THE PLAZA BECAUSE THAT IS WHERE GALLE WAS WORKING FOR MR. JOE AT THE TIME DEALING CRAPS AND THE PLAZA ALREADY HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH THE CHIP CO.

I SHOT MANY OF THESE CHIPS WITH MY BB GUN AS A KID BECAUSE THEY WOULD MAKE A LITTLE PUFF OF SMOKE WHEN HIT. WE HAD A LARGE CARDBOARD BOX OF THESE IN OUR ATTIC UNTIL ONE DAY GALLE GOT A PHONE CALL AND A FEW HOURS LATER A MAN CAME BY THE HOUSE AND GOT THEM. THEY NEEDED THEM TO USE IN A ILLEGAL GAME BECAUSE THEY HAD BEEN RAIDED AND ALL OF THERE CHIPS DESTROYED. THE REASON I KNOW THIS IS BECAUSE I WAS THERE AS CURTIS GALLE WAS MY FATHER.
