sometimes i shipped that way as well but what i did is use a cardboard flip, put the chip in, use a seal tap to seal the chip in it. use a a4 size paper, put this cardboard flip in the middle, use the seal tap to seal it on the paper. then fold the paper and seal the paper to get extra protection. then seal the envelop with the seal tap.
i only use this way when i ran out of bubble padded envelop. not really suggest that way for clay chips and metal token. for plastic chips its ok.
