I am new "again" in getting re-acquainted with posting.

But cannot figure out how to add any of the characters (Smileys, wanted, New Release, for sale, etc) to the "subject" box, it all shifts to the content box.". If is easy, please respond. If not I will go back to the instructions again, but thought I was doing it right.
