I just looked up your "SUN" mold chip up in the The Chip Rack. I only see a single $1 Sun-mold chip listed there having a tan inlay.

Your chip definitely appears to be bright white inlay.

Seems to me this question about inlay color differences has come up previously on the chip board... NOT with your Tropicana chip but other chips where someone found an odd-ball chip with different color inlay. I vaguely remember some folks having the opinion that inlays could have different color from environmental impacts (washing, leaving out in the sun, etc). You chip has bright-red Tropicana name, so if the inlay would have changed based on the environment, then I would have thought the red would be impacted too. As a result, I am leaning towards thinking you have a different variation there...
