This is a damaged chip from concrete. I do believe this chip has a specific listing in TCR 14th ed as DAM" - damaged. Value is M ($100 - $125). I only have the 13th ed so I cannot confirm. I am offering this chip well below the M value at only $60 shipped. I will take paypal only.
