I got it too. It's the 2nd round of solicitations. Check the archives of the past 2 months or so for 1st discussion of it.
I'm guessing they are lifting email names from this website for their email solicitations.

The activity on the website they are promoting is miniscule / nonexistent.
Much bigger and proven audience on ebay.
