I would like to make a request from my fellow hobbyists and club members regarding suggestions for the or requests for club information.

While I completely understand why people choose to post here on the chipboard as more people will read the post, that doesn't hold true for everyone.

With hundreds of posts every single day here as well as posts on the Strikepoint, SlotcardBBS, Chiptalk and other sites it simply becomes impossible to read and review every one.

This is the reason I request that if you would like the BOD to consider and discuss a suggestion at a future BOD meeting, that you either email it to any BOD member or post it on the board.

Now I am not saying that the BOD won't consider suggestions posted on this board or others, but mearly pointing out that it simply may not be seen.

If someone wants to ask a club related question, there is a much greater chance of response if that question was asked on the board. I truly believe that the Board is where club related business should be discussed.

Now if someone wants to make a comment and get other members opinions then I have no problem at all with them posting here on the chipboard. But those wanting to make sure and get BOD input, please consider my request.

I sincerely hope everyone understands where I am coming from and can respect why I would make this personal request.
