IT IS EASY... JUST ASK!!!

I would hope that the Director could raise the budget enough to cover their salary. I would start the position with
a part time ED, with realistic goals, 15K a year no benefits. We would need 30 members to donate $500 to make the budget
for the position. I think that is an obtainable goal. I personally will commit $500 if I'm allowed to spread it over a years time. Now we only need 29 more vbg , I would expect the BOD to all contribute to this effort. We should explain the initiative and ask every member if they want to contribute to the drive.
All donors should be acknowledged at the convention some how.
We need to start to thinking differently about certain things in order to change the course of whats happening with membership.

I believe the BOD should be focused on BOD work, and a ED will free them up to do so.

Do we have a current email list of club members? I don't believe I have ever received an email from the club that wasn't first initiated
by me first.
It is not the job of BOD to be going through old emails to see if they are still active... Directors Job.

A Director will help organize all of our amazing volunteers, forming new volunteer committees and getting work done. Most committees
will report back to the Director and the Director to the Board. Although the Director usually works closely with all committee work.

We should be keeping members involved via email, it is free and keeps energy and connectivity to the club.
