Archie's opinion and understanding of the financial burden that would be needed to operate with an ED and staff if needed are not even remotely feasible..
20 yrs of past operations with the "use" our powerful talent/Knowledge and skills available to this club - has created what we currently have - a great club!
How is a "Super" ED going to get $$$$$$$ from ??? to justify a paid salary, we're not selling pizza,burgers or cars.
We have a Club with Social Gatherings, which happen to trade & sell casino things on the side.. not a viable business with steady income to cover ED salaries, etc.
