board as I personally believe that discussions about club business should take place on the club board and not here.

However to answer your question on who should contact them......

I had already contacted them 2 years ago and they have no desire to have their convention with ours.

Part of that decision was based on negative comments about their organization made here on the chipboard previously.

Believe it or not the club BOD spends many hours every year discussing topics just like this.
