My reply to your question is a resounding YES!

Evidently it is important to the individual who has voluntarily offered to pay the back dues to support the club where he/she left off for whatever reasons. It's a matter of individual personal choice and has been club policy for every past and current administration and I hope that the policy will continue. I invite you to reassess your position and re-join the club. Is there a particular unassigned membership number that you would like to have (other than your original number)? I'm sure that Bedo will accomodate any reasonable request.
