Hope all is well with you. I am mostly a buyer on EBAY, but have sold some stuff also. I have only listed "Buy It Now" format so far. A lot of times I use the "immediate payment required" option. This keeps the item live until payment is made. No payment means that they don't get the item and someone else can purchase it. Not sure about auctions though. You probably already know this. Just thinking out loud.
