It used to be that ebay sellers had to pay to list items, the higher the value, the more you paid.
They changed their rules and now it is free to list most things at what ever price you want. So, If someone lists an item
at an inflated price over and over, week after week, buyers may assume that the chip is more plentiful than it actually
is, thus making the desire/market for that particular chip less.
