Mark, I have it listed as Sofia, Bulgaria. When I purchased a collection with a lot of foreign chips that was what it was listed as in the collection. The guy who had all the chips picked them up at casinos personally so I'm pretty confident they're not Russian. Also if you check out the Casino Varna chip below it is the same mold and design as the Sofia chip and it is from Bulgaria.
