I used one in Vegas and was charged the credit card price. I used one in Los Angeles and before pumping asked if it would be at the credit card price or gas price. I was assured that it would be at the cash price, and it was. Back in Vegas I did another another one while pointing out that "in LA, I used it as if 'cash'".

The arguement fell on deaf ears.
