After reading through this thread I find I don't understand all I know about this matter.

The chip shown in the original post I would call block letters and of a very plain font.

The card referred to states scrip and somewhat ornate in style. Curves, loops etc.

The closest I can relate the two is that one appears to be black and the card states black
The card shows 25 while the pictures chip contains zeros, If I remember the post correctly.
What in the world is this hard head missing?
