That's what I thought as well. I haven't tried jail break a metal token from lucite so I don't know how much pressure between the token and the touching layer. I believe if I really try to take a plaque out of the lucite I may break it into half or badly scratch the surface layer or make bubble on the plaque's surface.
One day I may try with a cheap plaque in the lucite.
