I, and I fell most people were suspect immediately after reading his first post. It just didn't smell right from the start. With that said, I assume that everyone here is savey enough to know not to paypal/Western Union/wire/money order, etc. to a unknown person who has never posted here before....but it should be mentioned nonetheless.

The one thing about this board that puts us at a little more risk is that good chips at good prices get quickly. Sometimes, the feeling that you have to post and send money before fully vetting out the seller is necessary to avoid losing the deal. Hopefully this didn't happen to David in this case but it will always be a risk...
