That is very unfortunate. I don't know why anybody would take chances shipping anything but yet people do it all of the time.
Sending chips and cards in a plain envelope is just STUPID! There should be a sellers code of ethics that includes a shipping code of ethics! I am sorry this happened to you and it is not right.
